Dear Sir,

I would like to thank the IPF team for organising such a good event for industrial enterprises of eastern India.

It was a focussed industrial event for serious business visitors. There was no general fair crowd.This has helped business visitors to visit all stalls and interact with stall owners in detail.

The other important point was that there were exhibitors from almost all parts of india with a variety of industrial products, which has made it more interesting.

Dear Sujit,

It had been an fantastic experience for me to visit the Exhibition. If I am to describe it in one sentence I would say it was one of the loveliest and liveliest experience. Now that I learn it was your first venture I am still more thrilled. It would be very unfair on our part if we do not congratulate you in this regard. Congratulations from all of us at AUCTUS SOLUTIONS.

As I had been discussing with you in the fair premises, nothing can be best ˆ for best is a time related word which do not exist in reality. Everything can be bettered even your show. Simple tricks may be tried like organizing stalls as per verticals, and keeping them in cells and having meeting enclosures in these cells. Each stall may have their presentation running on video.

Another thing not all visitors are purchasers or potential purchasers, there may be some sellers too (I happened to meet few on top of myself being one but of a different kind) and some amount of business flow was evident. If you keep this in mind and advertise accordingly definitely you will better yourself.
